The integration of biometric authentication in fintech accounting systems has emerged as a pivotal innovation aimed at enhancing security and user experience. This research paper explores the effectiveness, user acceptance, and challenges associated with biometric systems in financial technology. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis of user feedback, this study highlights the growing popularity of biometric methods, their impact on fraud reduction, and the concerns surrounding data privacy and security. The findings indicate a positive trend towards the adoption of biometric authentication, emphasizing the need for fintech companies to address user concerns to maximize acceptance and trust.
