Peer-Review Policy and Process
All submissions to International Journal for Innovative research in Multidisciplinary Field (IJIRMF) contents are subjected to peer-review process. Articles/Papers are first reviewed by editors. The editor office first check each manuscript plagiarism, After passing from the plagiarism process, Articles that are found suitable for review are then sent to two subject experts in the field of the paper. Reviewers of an article/paper are unknown to each other. IJIRMF reserved rights to assign additional reviews when needed. Authors will be advised when editors decide further review is required. Generally, all selected reviewers are asked to declare their competing interests, if any. Reviewers are asked to classify the paper as accept, reject or request revisions for the submitted paper/article. Reviewers’ evaluations usually include an explicit recommendation of what to do with the manuscript.
Review Process:
We have adopted two methods of paper review –
1. Blind Peer review by expert peer reviewers.
We send the original, unpublished article for review by experts in the related field for Blind review process: authors are not told who reviewed their paper and reviewers are not told who wrote the paper. The reviewers give their advice on publication opportunities, together with their observations to the editor in chief, which will transmit them to the authors. If the referents have contrary opinions, the editor in chief may ask the opinion of a third referent. Our editorial take decision after the review is complete. This review is adopted in the case of scientific/ technical new research papers.
On topic papers will be primarily tested for plagiarism. If the paper is suspected of plagiarism, it will be automatically rejected.
If the paper is accepted, we send notification to the corresponding author that they should remit the final format of the accepted manuscript within three working days and authors have to complete a process of copyright agreement.
- Editorial Board Review
This technique of review is the same as above when the paper is of literature review nature. The research works conducted by Ph.D. Scholars are assessed through this technique.
The objectives of the peer review process include:
- To assess the quality of the paper before publication. This review decides whether a paper is fit for publication or not.
- To provide expert assessment of the quality and soundness of the submission under review.
- To provide guidance to the editorial decision-maker in making an informed, fair, and objective decision on whether to accept, accept subject to changes, or reject.
- To provide guidance to authors on improvements to their submission.
Sources of Peer Reviewers
Reviewers are drawn from the journal’s editorial board and volunteer peer reviewer pool. Peer-reviewers are selected for specific subjects of research paper/article. Occasionally reviewers identified as being suitable through different sources will be approached.

Note: Recommendations from other institutions teaching faculty / subject experts as a peer reviewer are accepted and they need to send us the name, affiliations, qualification, experience, designation and official email id and contact no.
IJIRMF Journal followed :- Code of Conduct and Ethics of Publications : Research Culture Society and Publication is following almost norms and guidelines of The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA).
